2. WARRANTY MECHANISM
* For disposable products:
One-time disposable products are eligible for 100% renewal warranty if there is a fault of HUNUFA such as transportation, production, design ...

* For products Equipment - machinery:
The products of equipment and machinery are warranted for 12 months, depending on each product line. For all inquiries about user manual, warranty, repair of products, equipment and machines, please call: 0777537537
* For products of Printing - Design:
Actual sample when receiving goods will deviate from 5% - 10% compared to the design on the computer. For printing paper cups covered by offset printing method, sometimes slight scratches or scratches appear (arising during transportation).
In case of errors from HUNUFA such as wrong design, wrong content, technical error .. will be refunded 100%.

3. WARRANTY TIME
