Printed cup film, made from plastic thin, tough, durable, heat resistant and has high adhesive ability at melting temperature (usually from 175-200 degrees Celsius). When pressed at high temperature by a specialized machine, this film becomes a glue and adheres firmly to the material to be pressed – especially those that are also resistant to heat and melt at high temperatures such as plastic PP. This is the plus point of laminates that make them one of the most convenient ways to preserve food and drink in the disposable industry.

Printed cup film, classified according to this form is usually divided into two main types, by weight and by number of pressed lids. According to weight, there are 2 types: 2.5kg/roll and 3kg/roll. According to the number of press caps, there are 3 types: 1500 cap, 1700 cap, 2400 cap. However, when actual pressing in use, there will be negligible errors. The reason is that for each production batch, the input plastic billet may be more or less than a certain amount, causing the weight and number of pressed cups to change by -+1%. There are different sizes for Unprinted Plain Plastic Cup Lamination from 10cm, 13cm, 15cm ,18cm for different sizes of cups you are using.
